Time Warner Cable, presenting sponsor of the Columbus Arts Festival, has selected 10 finalists in its student video contest, “Produce It!” The contest features 10 public service announcements created entirely by area high school students in support of the arts. To vote for their favorite, Time Warner Cable digital cable subscribers can tune to Local On Demand Channel 1111, select the Viewer’s Choice category then the High School PSA tab. Viewers can watch all ten PSAs, select a favorite and watch them as many times as they like. Every view is a vote! Voting will run through March 31. The PSA which garners the most views will win $500 cash for the student or student team and $500 for the school to purchase video equipment. The winning PSA will be featured in a congratulatory PSA and air on 38 cable channels.
