Thurber House presents Evenings with Authors: Kurt Anderson - "Heyday"

Presented by Thurber House
1/15/2008
Multi-talented columnist, host of radio's "Studio 360" , and author, Kurt Anderson, joins us for the first Thurber House Evenings with Author event of 2008. His first novel, " Turn of the Century", was a New York Times Notable Book. He will read from his newest novel, and New York Times bestseller, "Heyday", a brilliantly imagined, immensely entertaining tale of America's boisterous coming of age in the 19th century - a madcap rebellion and overnight fortunes, palaces and brothels, murder and revenge as well as the story of a handful of unforgettable characters discovering the nature of freedom, loyalty, friendship and true love.
