The flurry of activity is just beginning when the sun goes down, as Ohio's premiere evening parade celebrates.... its 11h anniversary. The procession promises to warm hearts with upwards of 100 lighted floats, marching bands, horse drawn carriages, and a host of other dazzling surprises.
