It is the annual Cheese Festival in the town of Amelia, and Rossini Romano is this year's host. Rossini has some wonderful events planned for the attendees of the Festival. But his twin brother Rigatoni has some plans of his own. The biggest event of all is the Stella Salsa contest for the best pasta sauce. This year's winner will get a contract with the Tomationi Family to have their sauce packaged and sold. Concetta has won for the last five years and feels she has it in the bag.
