Vino & Vivaldi

3/7/2010
Join the New Albany Symphony for an evening Chamber Music Concert made possible by funding from the Columbus Foundation's Kenneth L. Coe and Jack Barrow Fund. Maestro Luis Biava will lead a full section of strings in a performance of Barber's Adagio for Strings, the 3rd mvt. of Ravel's String Quartet and the 4th mvt of the Dvorak American String Quartet. The second half of the performance will feature four of NASO's professional mentors performing Vivaldi's "Four Seasons." As an added bonus, enjoy a visual treat...local artists Karen Rumora and Kirsten Bowen will be painting on stage during the Vivaldi! Come be inspired! Join us one hour prior to the performance for a wine and cheese happy hour.
