            <title>Jane Eyre: A Memory, A Fever, A Dream (May 16, 2013 &amp;mdash; June 8, 2013)</title>
            <link>http://www.columbusarts.com/events/86505-jane-eyre-an-autobiography/</link>
<description>The last time Available Light Theatre collaborated with playwright Daniel Elihu Kramer, Michael Grossberg of the Columbus Dispatch wrote, &quot;I can't think of another new work staged in Columbus in my 24-plus years as a Dispatch critic that has displayed so much promise or polish.&quot; Available Light (AVLT) was pleased to extend its run and the show was sold-out for three straight weekends.

Thus Mr. Kramer returns to Columbus and AVLT for an adaptation of another popular classic. JANE EYRE: AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY will be a faithful retelling of the novel, through the lens of personal, contemporary experiences with the book. Available Light will collaborate with Mr. Kramer in a series of workshops and interviews (already begun) finishing in May 2013 with a brand-new production, directed by Acacia Dunan (who played Lizzie in Pride &amp; Prejudice) debuting at the Vern Riffe Center's Studio One theater in downtown Columbus. </description>

There's a lot more to being an artist than creating art - especially from a tax perspective. Do you have to file a return? Are you classifying your income and expenses appropriately? Are you getting all of the deductions you could, like for supplies, mileage, advertising and training? Do you face any potential employment tax issues? In this presentation, Mark will teach artists and art students about the &quot;business&quot; of being an artist. Join Joseph Popp, CPA; Rea &amp; Associates, for this informative session.

Please RSVP to attend this event rharper@gcac.org. Walk-ins welcome, space allowing.
